– Returns: You may return any item within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
– Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories.
– Notification: You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 24 hours of deciding to do so, via email or phone.
– Custom Items: Custom or personalized orders are final and cannot be returned.
– Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed.
